OP&F is available to assist employers when help is needed. One such example is the OP&F Employer Services Group, who ensures the accuracy and completeness of employer monthly reports and often works one-on-one with a municipality’s payroll clerk. The Employer Services Specialists (ESS) assignments are updated from time to time to best serve the needs of our employers, so it is important to check the list periodically. Each individual employer has their own designated ESS. At the link below is a list of who you should contact with questions regarding your monthly reporting.
